Sophie Zhao

Account Executive

Sophie is an Account Executive based in Shanghai. She graduated from Shanghai University of Sport with a degree in Sports Rehabilitation—an unconventional path into marketing, but one that gave her a keen understanding of people and the ability to stay composed under pressure.

Her career has taken her through a variety of roles, from serving as a team physician for athletes and supporting marathon events to planning pop-up activations for a streetwear brand. Most recently, she interned at a digital marketing agency, where she gained hands-on experience in content strategy, copywriting, and campaign reporting. Across every role, her focus has remained the same: understanding clients' needs and delivering meaningful results.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys connecting with people and is always eager to learn something new. She loves animals, is an avid film enthusiast, and Denzel Washington is her favorite actor.
