Overview
The Malaysian Government has been quietly promoting its overseas medical services to Chinese tourists. Our challenge was to navigate the murky waters of overseas medical tourism and both tailor and execute a China digital market entry strategy for a government healthcare entity in Malaysia without a Mainalnd Chinese presence. We successfully built the first dedicated digital IVF community in China and exceeding campaign KPIs in a highly regulated and closed industry.
